Mattress tape edge machines are a kind of sewing machine used in the bedding business to complete the mattress’s top and bottom edges. The machine is mainly use to sew the top and bottom panels of a mattress to the mattress’s edge. As well as to cover the raw edge with protective tape or ribbon.

Matress could be forwarded,tumed corner and turn down automaticaly. The fixed board of sewing head could be lfted automatically also when the mattressis used on corer. Workina sneed could be ower and came back with other workind steos todether the ange and helghtof sewing head could be adiustedAnother characteristc is the sewing head s needle spot function. Because the machine could be forward automatically, so the machine could be eitheseparate pat of mattress production, or one part of complete production ine.
